Position Summary

A Field Crewman is responsible for a range of tasks relating to the installation of a RetroFoam insulation job. The role as a driller is responsible for aiding in field work by drilling out every cavity assigned to the project. The role as a sider is responsible for the removal and reinstalment of siding in an efficient manner according to industry standards.   

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Respond and fulfill the Foremans’ or Managers’ requests and directions.
• Aid in the morning prep and end of day flush-out.
• Work at the jobsite until completion or otherwise directed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop, trailer, equipment, and trucks.
• Provide a positive, efficient, and safe working environment.
• Maintain quality and efficiency of the expectations set by the field manager or crewman.
• Oversee and complete the drilling process on the jobsite.
• Oversee the removal and reinstalment of siding.
• Other duties as assigned.
