From the first communication to having the wall insulation put in, they have been professional and easy to work with. They entertained my cats who were very curious about what was happening out of their playroom window. I can tell a huge difference in the temperature of the house between yesterday and today, so the product is high quality also.

Fox cities retro foam. What can I say about this business. We had our walls insulated everything went fantastic great clean up. Great communication. Great team work. Than we had our attic also redid with insulation as will that wasn't as great we had some hiccups with some insulation was suppose to be a 2 day job turn to a 3 day job. Communication was a bit of a struggle but once I called the project manager and he was aware of every thing things started to go better til they accident broke our front door from having it open to far and had to much stress and the wind took it and it pulled it out. But long story short they fixed our broken door great communication it resolved everything. Would I recommend them? Yes If you feel you need to reach out because something isn't right. Fox Cities RetroFoam of Wausau, sent two workman, Zach and Alex, to install foam insulation in our walls. We own an old manufactured home which needed new insulation badly. The two man crew showed up on time (9am), introduced themselves and promptly went to work. Finishing the South side and east end, they reported in to us and left for the day. They returned the next day promptly at 9am and again went right to work. Finishing up the North side and West end they cleaned up any mess they might have made. Couldn't even tell they had been here. Very happy with the crew and their work. Was it worth the cost? Too early to tell. We heat with propane. It's refreshed on a keep fill basis and we have a couple of weeks to go before the refill. I'll repost here the results. But, so far the house seems less drafty. We're happy.

Zach and Alex did a great job. 5 stars from start to finish. They take pride in their work and it shows. I am happy to recommend Fox Cities Retrofoam. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. They explained every step very well and cleaned up the house when they were done.

I was impressed that the walls did not vibrate as much as I had thought and been explained to when the foam cores were drilled in. Just make sure to have the outside walls removed of pictures and any hangings on the windows. No foam entered in through our outlets. Didn't have the brick done. The team overall did a good job in minding the property and cleaning up. When they had a leak in the foam gun, they were quick to let us know and come back the next day. With a 1991 house, the siding is old; one piece did break and they came right out the next day to replace it quite close to the aged color. Elijah, Abigail, Maylou, and Micah and crew worked very well together in communicating with me to get the job done! I look forward to reduced heating costs over the long run.

Ended up having to do two sessions but i was very pleased with the finished product. The owner of the company made sure I was satisfied with the project and also was flexible with my schedule. I will be using them for future projects.

Had retrofoam being done in my 1880 home with attic insulation happening next week. Every estimate was broken down neatly with various options talked about. Pricing was clear and, while certainly not price-first, came in around the expected project cost for a far better result than I expected. Crew was respectful and kind, even when my ancient wood paneling had a blowout, causing a large mess in my living room. They cleaned any foam entrance into the home and fixed the wood board. It looks brand new and my entire home is already more comfortable and quieter. Definitely recommend Fox Cities Retrofoam for older homes with little to no insulation!! Seems like they did a good job, but they stomped on all our flowers and left a bunch of white residue and foam all over but other than that it was okay. We have black trim around our windows and doors and that's where the white residue really shows up. Also they drilled a hole into the wall and hit a wire but they had an electrician come out and fix it free of charge. So far I can't really tell if it's making a difference we'll have to wait till winter. It does seem a little quieter. Can't tell where they put the foam in. Did a good job of replacing all the siding.

I have a plaster and lath home, built 1929, with original insulation. This was perfect! Had no issues with the foam and plaster, these guys have the pressure dialed in when it comes to older homes. Now I have an insulation with a good seal around the home, done late summer and it’s Late October, 100% can tell a difference and my energy bill shows it.
